Client Requirement

"We want to add a floor to our house. We don’t have sufficient space. But it should not look like a building."

Our Solutions

The first thing we did was to design a visual connection between the 2 floors so that they would look intergrated as one unit. We broke part of the living room slab to give it double height and planned a family area on top. Although the client was resistant at first, when the slab broke, he agreed it was the best thing to happen to the house.
